The Women in Development Summit, holding on Thursday 29th March at MUSON Center, Lagos is hosted by Ideation Hub Africa, is a rallying point for women in Nigeria who work for social good and global development across the African continent. This thought-leadership Conference and Networking Event draws together the energetic ecosystem of women in NGOs, International Development Organizations, Foundations, Social Enterprises, Tech Start Ups, Civil Societies, Social Impact Investors and the Government.

We raise global issues in development, and the unique roles of women in envisioning and enabling prosperity for the African continent. We also explore the next big ideas and defining insights for women on leading change, building a sustainable social profit business, accessing opportunities and scaling impact.

The one-day event will feature Keynote Speeches, Panel Sessions, Mentorship Roundtable and Open Conversations as well as Networking. The Summit, which is the first-of-its-kind, provides a great opportunity for women to understand the dynamics of the ecosystem, connect for collaboration and gain expert advice for being incredibly good at doing good.

Across job roles from Executive Leadership to Programs to Admin to Fundraising or Consultants; the conversations at the Summit will help women do more inspiring work, move up with their careers, and leverage knowledge to perform better in their job roles. The Mentorship Roundtable also offers hand-holding and value exchange by industry thought-leaders.
